Role OverviewThis role blends hands-on recruiting expertise with day-to-day, customer and worker-facing operations. You'll source, screen, and onboard workers across all classifications while also serving as a local point of contact for customers and Wonoloers where you will resolve issues quickly, build meaningful relationships, and improve the processes that support every placement and shift.
What You Will Do
You'll source and attract candidates through outbound recruiting platforms, existing worker pools, and hiring events; schedule and conduct interviews to assess relevant knowledge, skills, and aptitude, running experiments to determine effectiveness and maintaining organized notes and SOPs.

We're looking for a motivated Recruiting Operations Specialist to join the Market Operations team. This role has an anticipated duration of 6 months to start with the potential to extend.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a recruiter (in-house or staffing agency) and/or 1+ years of experience in staffing, consulting, or operations.
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, video, phone, reference checks, etc.).
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
- Proven experience building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient at interpreting data, identifying trends, and using insights to make informed decisions and solve problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual ability in English and Spanish a plus.
