Job Description
Oden is seeking a Recruiting & People Operations Contractor to fill a 6-month role starting in July-December. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in recruiting and/or people operations and be able to source and hire across a range of role types. The role will involve recruiting, HR operations, and office management, with a focus on executing processes with minimal hand-holding.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting and/or people operations
  • Proven ability to source and hire across a range of role types
  • Strong organisational instincts
  • Comfortable working across ATS, HRIS and sourcing tools
  • Ability to hold a process together when no one is watching
