Job Description
The Recruiting Program Manager, Early Talent & Military plays an active role in executing enterprise-aligned early-career recruiting initiatives for college students and military-connected recruiting efforts.
Requirements
Execute core components of the full recruitment lifecycle for college and early-career talent
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support LOB-specific early-career hiring demand
Build and maintain relationships with colleges and universities to support enterprise early-career pipelines
Coordinate day-to-day operations of internship, co-op, and entry-level recruiting programs
Track and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
Support employer branding and early-career engagement efforts
Participate directly in military-connected recruiting efforts, including SkillBridge and veteran pipelines
