Job Description
The Recruiting Program Manager, Early Talent & Military plays an active role in executing enterprise-aligned early-career recruiting initiatives for college students and military-connected recruiting efforts.

Requirements

  • Execute core components of the full recruitment lifecycle for college and early-career talent
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support LOB-specific early-career hiring demand
  • Build and maintain relationships with colleges and universities to support enterprise early-career pipelines
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations of internship, co-op, and entry-level recruiting programs
  • Track and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
  • Support employer branding and early-career engagement efforts
  • Participate directly in military-connected recruiting efforts, including SkillBridge and veteran pipelines
