What You Will Do
As a Recruiting Sales Manager, you will set and achieve annual recruiting goals, build relationships with representatives, recruit top talent, oversee representative performance, and act as a liaison between representatives and the Regional/Home Office.

Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- At least 12 months of experience as a WoodmenLife representative (or equivalent)
- FIC designation (or willingness to obtain)
- Compliance with state licensing and continuing education requirements
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
- Self-motivation to work independently and manage a dynamic schedule involving up to 60% travel
- Strong character and integrity
