Job Description
WoodmenLife is looking for a Recruiting Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers an incredible opportunity to recruit, develop, and inspire a team of independent contracted representatives while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our members.
Requirements
Must have leadership experience in life insurance industry
High school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 12 months of experience as a WoodmenLife representative (or equivalent)
FIC designation (or willingness to obtain)
Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
Self-motivation to work independently and manage a dynamic schedule involving up to 60% travel
Strong character and integrity
