This role involves sourcing candidates, managing hiring activities, assisting with new hire onboarding, and building relationships with local communities. The ideal candidate will be a partner to branch managers and drive talent attraction.

Requirements

  • Source, screen, and schedule interviews for hourly field roles.
  • Manage and coordinate hiring activities using Applicant Tracking System.
  • Accurately track and manage candidate data.
  • Communicate effectively with branch leaders.
  • Support new hire onboarding.
  • Visit branches to build relationships and understand hiring pain points.
