Requirements

  • Source, screen, and schedule interviews for hourly field roles
  • Manage and coordinate hiring activities using an ATS
  • Accurately track and manage candidate data and utilize reporting tools
  • Communicate effectively with branch leaders
  • Build relationships with local sources
  • Support new hire onboarding and training
  • Valid Driver’s License
