Role Overview

The Recruitment Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team of hiring specialists and support staff, driving recruitment strategy, and ensuring high-quality, efficient, and standardized hiring practices. The incumbent will collaborate closely with internal partners to support agency hiring needs and achieve program goals.

What You Will Do

The Recruitment Supervisor will perform full cycle recruitment and selection activities, including job advertising, candidate screening, interviewing, talent outreach, policy research, and handling confidential personnel information. The incumbent will also perform classification and compensation actions, utilize applicant tracking systems, and possess a valid driver's license.

Requirements

  • Two or more years of professional supervisory experience, including responsibility for hiring, training, evaluating, and managing staff.
  • Two years of professional HR experience.
  • Conducting full cycle recruitment and selection activities.
  • Performing classification and compensation actions.
  • Utilizing applicant tracking systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
