Role OverviewThe Workforce Staffing (WFS) team is looking for a non-exempt, Reduced Time (RT) Staffing Administrator to help coordinate and execute activities to support the High-Volume Hiring (HVH) and staffing efforts for the WFS team for a defined geography (node).
What You Will Do
Sets up, executes, and breaks down Pre-Hire Appointments (PHA), provides follow-up correspondence to candidates, tracks recruiting activities, and reports candidate status. Attends events, addresses basic questions regarding the recruiting process, and identifies opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.

Requirements
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience in administrative tasks such as data entry, managing data driven report processes or processes
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience performing accurate data entry and analysis
- Experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service, or experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
- Experience troubleshooting and documenting findings, or experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure
- Can show strong verbal and written communication skills
- Associate's degree or above
- Experience in Recruiting or HR
- Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
- 1+ years of system administration, or 1+ years of technical support experience
- Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Bi-lingual skills are a plus
