Role OverviewThe BRIDGES Returning Citizens Center (BRCC) engages returning citizens to assist them in the development of their employment skills to succeed outside of prison or a criminal record. The Reentry Specialist provides one-on-one coaching and case management to formerly incarcerated individuals trying to attain employment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in case management, employment services, or related field
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-person and remote)
