Job Description
Reeves Construction Company is seeking an experienced Bridge Lead Carpenter to lead a crew performing work for the repair, maintenance, and replacement of bridges and structures. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in bridge/heavy highway construction and strong leadership capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in bridge/heavy highway construction
  • 2+ years' experience in Lead/Lead Carpenter role (preferred)
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities; experience managing crews and subcontractors (preferred)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with crew members, project management, subcontractors, and vendors
