Role OverviewThe Refining Capital and Budget Advisor III will combine refinery process knowledge with business analysis to support long-range capital prioritization, budget development, strategic evaluations, and performance improvement across the refining portfolio. This role will work across sites, headquarters, Commercial, and other enterprise partners to connect technical insight with business outcomes.
What You Will Do
The Advisor III will lead the development of Refining's annual earnings forecast and capital long-range plan (LRP), support project and contract reviews, monitor capital spending and project progress, and develop, update, and maintain budgeting and economic forecasting models.

Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
- 3 or more years of experience in refining, petrochemical, chemical, or related industrial operations
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
