Role OverviewThe Refinish Technician provides an exceptional customer experience through meticulous refinishing to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition. They work in alignment with team members to achieve repair facility KPIs and are a dedicated Brand Ambassador of Gerber Collision & Glass.
What You Will Do
Review body work, mix and color match paint, refinish vehicles, and complete all refinish operations as described in the work order.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role requires 2-5+ years of collision repair experience, above average quality focus, and high production capabilities. I-CAR or ASE Certifications are a bonus.
