Role OverviewThe Refinish Technician provides an exceptional customer experience through meticulous refinishing to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition. They work in alignment with team members to achieve repair facility KPIs and are committed to being a dedicated Brand Ambassador of Gerber Collision & Glass.
What You Will Do
Review body work for quality, mix and color match vehicles, complete refinish operations, and efficiently use paint material inventory. Attend daily production meetings and work with team members to meet deadlines.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role requires 2-5+ years of collision repair experience, above-average quality focus, and high production capabilities. I-CAR or ASE certifications are a bonus.
