Job Description
Join our Engineering team as the Commercial Kitchen Refrigeration Mechanic at the Hyatt Regency DFW. This role involves maintaining kitchen equipment, including climate control systems, and requires a strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and refrigeration.

Requirements

  • Universal CFC certification
  • HVAC or Refrigeration Trade school completion or equivalent experience
  • EPA Universal License
  • OSHA 10
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage your day effectively
  • Physical Dexterity: Ability to work in small and compact areas with heavy machinery
  • Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety measures to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate a handheld device
