Job Description
Join our Engineering team as the Commercial Kitchen Refrigeration Mechanic at the Hyatt Regency DFW. Responsible for maintaining kitchen equipment, including climate control systems, refrigeration storage units, and beverage equipment.

Requirements

  • Universal CFC certification
  • HVAC or Refrigeration Trade school completion or equivalent experience
  • EPA Universal License
  • OSHA 10
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage your day effectively
  • Physical Dexterity
  • Safety Awareness
  • Basic computer skills and be able to navigate a handheld device
