Job Description
Farmer Focus is seeking a Refrigeration Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, ammonia refrigeration equipment, and electrical systems. They will be responsible for maintaining operational logs, performing routine maintenance, and repairing or replacing defective parts as needed. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of industrial refrigeration experience and be able to lead and train other refrigeration techs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years industrial refrigeration experience required
  • Ability to lead and train other refrigeration techs.
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing as well as read and interpret blue-prints and schematics
  • Ability to up-date and maintain control system P&ID's, SOP's, and PM work orders
