Job Description
Join Our Engineering Team at Hyatt Regency DFW as a Refrigeration Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial kitchen and food-service equipment.

Requirements

  • EPA Universal Certification / Universal CFC Certification
  • Prior experience with commercial refrigeration and kitchen equipment
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and service manuals
  • Comfortable working independently and managing daily priorities
  • Ability to work in tight or compact spaces and around active kitchen environments
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld maintenance devices
  • Strong commitment to safety and adherence to OSHA and industry best practices
