Role OverviewThe Refrigeration Technician will maintain and repair refrigeration systems, troubleshoot equipment, and perform daily rounds to ensure equipment is functioning properly. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include maintaining work orders and preventive maintenance paperwork, troubleshooting equipment mechanically and electrically, welding and fabricating refrigeration piping, and utilizing time effectively to minimize equipment downtime and repairs.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of C02/Refrigerant system or industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
- Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts
- Ability to climb ladders and stairs regularly
- Ability to climb under and over piping and equipment as needed
