Role OverviewThe Community Outreach Coordinator will drive client acquisition and organizational growth through strategic relationship building, community outreach, and education. This role engages prospective clients through community events and direct interactions, ensuring all touchpoints are fully compliant and aligned with regulatory guidelines.
What You Will Do
Represent RAICES at community events, build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, schools, referral sources, local leaders, and new and existing clients. Evaluate local needs and community assets by collecting and analyzing data to inform new program development and service delivery improvements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in refugee resettlement work
- 1 year of experience working with external stakeholders and developing community partnerships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Community outreach and relationship building skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in the field while collaborating in the office with staff
