Job Description
Floor Staff team members are responsible for ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and act as a representative of Regal in a way that is consistent with our mission statement and policies.

Requirements

  • Regular and consistent attendance
  • Handling of emergency situations when called upon to do so
  • General cleaning duties
  • Compliance with our company dress code
  • Operating POS system
  • Up selling/suggestive selling
  • Promoting the Regal Crown Club program
  • Ensuring tickets are sold in accordance with the MPAA rating system and company policy
  • Responding to phone calls and questions from guests
  • Operating concession related equipment
  • Complying with all local, state and federal food safety laws
  • Enforcing MPAA rating system
  • Conducting in theatre inspections
  • Reporting problems and discrepancies
  • Cleaning auditoriums and maintaining cleanliness of restrooms and other areas
