Role OverviewThe Regent Lounge Server's prime responsibility is to provide superior personalized service to guests while serving food and beverages. The server must hold a high level of competency regarding beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails. Additionally, our servers serve as educators and mentors to our student staff.
What You Will Do
Present and process guest payment, maintain and requisition stock, set up and/or break down the floor, maintain proper cleanliness of service area, and other side duties.

Requirements
- Experience in and/or demonstrated commitment to supporting diversity, equity, access, inclusion, and wellbeing
- Experience working directly with people from diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcohol
- 1+ years serving experience
- Must be knowledgeable in the sale and service of alcoholic beverages
- Basic reading and writing skills required
- Ability to learn Point of Sale systems and functions
- Able to work standing for extended periods of time
- Able to walk quickly up and down one flight of stairs while carrying multiple plates of food several times during shift
- Able to work flexible hours with variable start/end times, evenings, holidays, weekends, special events, a work schedule that may be subject to change on short notice
