Job Description
Role Overview

The Region CFO will oversee all financial operations of the divisions within the region, working in partnership with the Region President to establish expectations for outstanding financial and operational performance. The role involves developing a team of strong Division CFOs and Controllers, participating in hiring and promotion decisions, and supporting divisions with corporate issues. The Region CFO will also facilitate the sharing of best practices among divisions and train them on ways to improve performance on key financial metrics.

What You Will Do

The Region CFO will be responsible for monitoring division sales, backlog, and closings vs. budget and prior year, working with divisions to ensure achievement of desired performance for the region. They will also assist the Region President in managing the region's capital allocation process and review and analyze GPAs on proposed land/lot acquisitions.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree or equivalent, eight to ten years of related experience, and proficiency with MS Office and email. They will be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and have strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and attention to detail.
