Job Description
Summit School Services is seeking a Region HR Manager to provide human resources support to assigned businesses and functional groups. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of professional human resources experience and be located in Pennsylvania or New Jersey or within a reasonable commuting distance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 7-10 years of professional Human Resources experience
  • Multi-site experience required
  • Experience responding to EEOC, Human Rights Commission, Wage & Hour, and other types of employee claims required
  • Strong working knowledge of Human Resources practices and principles with significant knowledge of laws and regulations affecting employment
