Job Description
D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Region Online Sales Manager to oversee the region's Online Sales Concierges and provide training, motivation, and support. The role involves managing OSCs, developing lead generation capabilities, and converting online leads to onsite traffic/sales.

Requirements

  • Manage OSCs that support the divisions in the region
  • Support Division Vice President of Sales and Sales Managers with hiring, training, and managing day-to-day operations of the OSC Team
  • Oversee and direct the workflow of the OSC Team
  • Develop new lead generation capabilities to increase OSC leads
  • Exercise proper qualification skills to identify genuine leads that have the potential to become genuine sales opportunities
  • Provide weekly reports to region management regarding online traffic and scheduled appointments
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge with trends in the homebuilding industry
