Role Overview

The Region Project Controls Manager provides regional leadership, oversight, and consistency for project controls across a portfolio of construction projects. This role is responsible for strengthening cost visibility, schedule discipline, forecasting accuracy, risk identification, reporting quality, and operational decision support across the region.

What You Will Do

Lead and support regional project controls processes for cost reporting, forecasting, scheduling, productivity tracking, change management, risk management, and performance reporting. Provide regional leadership with clear, timely, and actionable reporting that highlights project performance, financial exposure, schedule impacts, resource constraints, and required management decisions.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in construction project controls, project management, construction finance, scheduling, estimating, or business management within a large construction organization
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field required
