Job Description
We are seeking a Regional Area Maintenance Manager to join our team in College Station | Bryan, TX. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on related experience in apartment maintenance, with a minimum of 2+ years of multi-family industry experience and 2+ years in a supervisory role. The candidate will assist the Regional Maintenance Director and Regional Portfolio Managers to maintain all aspects of the maintenance operation of CONAM’s managed apartment communities.

Requirements

  • Service Productivity: Monitor the quality and efficiency of market-ready apartment turnovers
  • Staffing: Review resumes, interview, and recommend hires for Maintenance Service Managers
  • Education & Training: Train community associates on CONAM policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Purchasing: Oversee landscape maintenance, assist with negotiations of vendor contracts for services
  • Workplace Safety: Ensure safety regulations are followed
