Role OverviewThe Regional Bulk Driver Trainer is responsible for developing and overseeing the Operational Training Program, ensuring the application of Safety & Quality Policies/Procedures for Trucking & Warehousing operations, and providing leadership and expertise in safety and quality processes.
What You Will Do
The trainer will engage with new driver hires, provide onboard training, and manage training at terminal level. They will also conduct Smith System Driver Training, ensure job completion in accordance with company standards, and develop site-specific training.

Requirements
- Three years of training experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Class A CDL
- Ability to pass and maintain a Drivers Med Card
- Some previous general management experience, ideally within the trucking industry
- Computer proficiency in a Windows environment with emphasis on MS Office suite
- Excellent interpersonal communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Must be multi-task oriented with a strong ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously
- Must be able to travel, work long hours, to include weekends & holidays, when necessary
- Must have 5 years of on the road CMV / Class A, Verifiable driving experience
