Regional Business Manager- Midwest

Requirements

• Ability to teach and train management and hourly level employees

• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software or similar
• Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field is desirable
• Five years’ experience in management with direct supervisory responsibility
• Ten years as a substitute for the degree
• Industrial plant management experience preferred
• Automotive experience is highly desirable
• Proven success in account management including personnel management, procedure implementation, successful P&L responsibility, budget control, and interpersonal communications
