Role OverviewThis position will oversee management of multiple conventional apartment communities in the Camp Hill area. The Regional Director will ensure occupancy targets are achieved through leasing and resident retention, create value for clients through meeting NOI and revenue goals, and maintain a general knowledge of the geographic market under management.
What You Will Do
The Regional Director will oversee operational and financial management of multiple apartment communities, ensure occupancy targets are achieved, create value for clients, and maintain a general knowledge of the geographic market under management. They will also prepare monthly owner’s reports and quarterly financial reviews, proactively build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, and ensure operational execution yields consistently strong resident satisfaction survey results.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in the multi-family housing industry, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent customer service and sales skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. They will also have a valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation.

- PA Real Estate License is a plus, but not required
