Recruit, train, develop, and supervise on-site staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and performance expectations. Oversee daily property operations, ensuring financial goals are met by managing budgets, revenue, and expenditures.

Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; an advanced degree in real estate, property management, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of property management or related experience with a strong track record of success.
- At least 3 years of on-site multifamily property management experience with ownership-level responsibilities for the resident rental lifecycle across 5+ properties or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience managing A to A+ class high-rise or mid-rise properties or comparable luxury residential communities.
- 3+ years of team management or supervisory experience, preferably in an on-site property management setting.
- Industry certifications such as CPM, CAPS, CAM, or equivalent are preferred.
- Must maintain a valid driver's license, an operational vehicle for travel between properties, and valid automobile insurance at all times.
