Job Description
Join Rite of Passage Team as a Regional Compliance Director to improve the lives of youth. Conduct audits, monitor, and risk assessments across facilities to ensure adherence to licensing requirements and regulations. Collaborate with internal and external teams to mitigate vulnerabilities and develop corrective action plans.

Requirements

  • Law degree or legal secretary background
  • Extensive knowledge of CARF and PREA regulations
  • Prior experience working with juvenile placement agencies
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
  • Pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
