Role OverviewThe Regional Controller is responsible for an organization's overall financial health and day-to-day financial operations. This person will work out of our Canonsburg PA office location, performing duties such as preparing financial statements, monitoring inventory levels, and conducting variance analysis. The Controller will be responsible for all aspects of the organization's accounting processes, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgeting, and forecasting.
What You Will Do
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, monitor inventory levels, manage costing, conduct variance analysis, and develop key performance indicators to monitor operational efficiency and cost controls.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have strong cost accounting experience, familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition, and excellent communication and leadership skills. They will be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have a strong working knowledge and experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 7+ years of experience in a financial management or controller role
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial analysis, and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
