Role OverviewWe're looking for a friendly and experienced Regional Dietician to work in Santa Fe, NM, USA. The job requires travel to Los Alamos, Taos, and Las Vegas, New Mexico. The successful candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Registered Dietician or Licensed Dietetian, and a Master's degree is preferred.
What You Will Do
The Regional Dietician will interview residents, obtain food preferences, and update resident's food preference into tray card data base. They will also refer residents to a Dietician for any nutritional or eating issues.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Registered Dietician or Licensed Dietetian
- Food Handler’s Permit
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with little or no supervision
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks well
- Basic Understanding of normal and therapeutic diets and food safety
- Basic Computer skills
- Experience working with a licensed dietician, preferred
