Role OverviewThe Regional Director, Northwest Missouri (NWMO) serves as a strategic leader within Life Unlimited, responsible for advancing regional operations, community presence, service excellence, and sustainable growth. This role leads regional programs while building strong partnerships, expanding community outreach, and positioning Life Unlimited as the provider of choice throughout Northwest Missouri.
What You Will Do
Ensure exceptional service delivery throughout NWMO aligned with Life Unlimited’s mission, culture, and strategic priorities. Lead and support regional leadership teams in achieving operational and strategic goals. Drive strategic growth, strengthen community presence, and expand partnerships that increase awareness, referrals, and opportunities throughout Northwest Missouri.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Social Services, Business, Nonprofit Leadership, Healthcare Administration, Education, or related field
- Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, program management, or regional leadership
- Experience in intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), healthcare, human services, or nonprofit leadership preferred
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated success in community relationship building, outreach, and strategic growth
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead multiple teams and initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing budgets and operational performance
- Must obtain a Class E driver’s license and maintain required auto insurance coverage
- Must receive seasonal flu vaccination
