Job Description
Hyatt's Lifestyle Group is seeking a passionate and forward-thinking Corporate Director of Food & Beverage Operations for its Americas region. The role will collaborate closely with the broader Lifestyle Group corporate and property teams, driving innovation and operational excellence that continues to position Hyatt as a global leader in hospitality.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage Hotel and Restaurant operations, hospitality management, or a related business function.
  • Minimum of 5 years as Director overseeing a food and beverage department with signature restaurant(s) and bar(s).
  • Must have worked in at least four different restaurants and bars.
  • Must be able to travel extensively (approximately 60–80%) to support property visits, training, and operational initiatives.
