Job Description
Hyatt's Lifestyle Group is seeking a Regional Director of Food & Beverage Operations for its Americas region. They will collaborate closely with the broader Lifestyle Group corporate and property teams to drive innovation and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage Hotel and Restaurant operations, hospitality management, or a related business function
  • Minimum of 5 years as Director overseeing a food and beverage department with signature restaurant(s) and bar(s)
  • Must have worked in at least four different restaurants and bars
  • Ability to travel extensively (approximately 60–80%) to support property visits, training, and operational initiatives
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into action
