Role OverviewThe Human Resources Regional Director provides strategic HR leadership and operational support for assigned business units, partnering with leaders to align people strategies with operational goals, supporting Team Member engagement, and promoting compliance across all HR disciplines.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute regional HR strategies, serve as a trusted advisor to assigned leadership teams, drive Team Member engagement and retention, and supervise and develop the HR Team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of progressive Human Resources Management experience, including 5+ years in a regional or multi-unit leadership role, and a strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive Human Resources Management experience
- 5+ years in a regional or multi-unit leadership role
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry, timeshare, hotels, resorts, or related service sector
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent combination of education and Human Resources experience
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP certification is a plus
