Job Description
American Senior Communities is hiring a Regional Director of Clinical Services to mentor and assist community staff in Eastern Central Indiana. The role ensures high standards of quality and compassionate care are provided through on-site and focused clinical reviews.

Requirements

  • Graduated from an accredited school of nursing and hold a current Indiana RN license
  • Minimum of three years' clinical experience in Geriatric or Gerontology
  • Minimum of one-year experience as a Director of Nursing in a long-term care setting
  • Prior consulting experience
  • Ability to travel between properties, overnight stays, and possible weekend coverage
