Role OverviewThe Regional Director of Nursing (RDON) provides clinical leadership, oversight, and support to multiple Assisted Living and Memory Care communities within an assigned region. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, clinical operations, and the ongoing development of RN Care Managers and nursing staff.
What You Will Do
Provide leadership, coaching, and support to RN Care Managers throughout the assigned region. Promote clinical excellence through regular review of resident care practices, assessments, service plans, and medication management systems.

Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the State of Minnesota
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Minimum of five years of nursing leadership experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, Senior Housing, or a related healthcare setting
- Previous experience as a Director of Nursing, Regional Clinical Leader, RN Care Manager, or similar leadership role
