Role OverviewThe Regional Director of Operations - Certified Dietary Manager will oversee regional food service and nutrition operations within healthcare facilities, providing leadership and guidance in operations, finances, human resources, and client relationships. This role requires a strong ability to lead and guide teams, communicate effectively, and maintain confidentiality of records and information. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating food service operations, a high school diploma, and be a Certified Dietary Manager.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include actively supporting and applying company and facility policies, working with corporate and onsite dietitians to ensure federal and state requirements are met, cultivating and maintaining business partnerships with clients, and planning and developing operational budgets. The Regional Director will also review financial results, make necessary adjustments, and educate Food Service Directors on P&L processes.

Requirements
- High School diploma
- Certified Dietary Manager
- Multi-site Dietary Operations experience
- Ability to travel within your region frequently
- Minimum 2-5 years’ experience coordinating food service operations
- Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or related field (preferred, but not required)
