Job Description
We're seeking a compassionate Regional Director of Operations - Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (RDO/LNHA) to lead our team and support the growth and development of our skilled nursing communities. As RDO, you'll invest in site level Administrators, provide administrative leadership, and foster positive partnerships with community leadership teams.

Requirements

  • Current Nursing Home Administrator license
  • Minimum of five (5) years LNHA experience
  • 2+ years of regional operations leadership experience
  • Experience working within both urban and rural markets
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
