Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive operations leadership experience
- Experience leading multiple locations or regional operations
- Demonstrated success managing P&L performance, budgets, and operational metrics
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Experience driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead through change
- Proficiency with business systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office
