Job Description
Monogram Health is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to support the Regional Vice President in driving alignment between strategy and day-to-day execution among clinical pods to advance value-based care initiatives and improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Serve as subject matter expert for Pod operations across all roles
  • Conduct analysis of operational and clinical data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Provide strategic coaching and mentorship to Market Managers
  • Assist with development of communication and implementation of performance improvement initiatives
  • Lead or assist with high-priority projects assigned by Regional VP
