Role OverviewThe Regional Director of Operations (RDO) will oversee operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities in Central North Carolina, providing operational leadership and support to facility Administrators. The ideal candidate is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator with experience in leading facility teams, improving operational performance, and maintaining high standards of resident care.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include providing operational leadership, partnering with facility Administrators to achieve clinical, operational, financial, and census goals, mentoring and developing facility Administrators and leadership teams, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements
