Regional Director of Programs

The Regional Director of Programs is responsible for ensuring high-quality services and effective daily operations of the My First Place Program. This includes managing budgets and contracts, multi-site supervision, services and human resource management, and ensuring program outcomes.

What You Will Do

The Regional Director of Programs will lead projects and program implementation, resolve problems, and recommend system improvements. They will also achieve or exceed operational objectives, lead and manage improvement and change efforts, and participate in agency-wide workgroups and projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social service systems, particularly in the foster care system and services for young adults and young parents.

Requirements

• MA or MSW required
• LCSW or LMFT with two or more years of post-licensure experience preferred
• 5 years of progressively responsible program management experience
• 5 years of supervisory experience leading multi-level teams
• Direct service experience working with youth facing systemic barriers
• Working knowledge of community resources and referral networks
• Strong understanding of social service systems
• Strong project management skills
• Program budget management experience
• Strength in recruiting, hiring, coaching, developing, and performance management
• Demonstrated commitment to cultural competency
