Regional Director of Therapy Operations

The Regional Director of Therapy Operations will lead the Rehab Department in the Greater Cincinnati, OH region, overseeing multiple facilities and ensuring efficient operations, good patient outcomes, and effective communication.

Requirements

• Licensed as a PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or CCC-SLP
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Multi-site management experience
• 2-5 years of management experience in a skilled nursing facility
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational skills
