Role Overview

The Regional Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead, is accountable for leading, coaching, and developing a regional team of Treatment Site Leads and ensuring their team delivers consistent, compliant, high-quality operational execution across treatment sites in their region.

What You Will Do

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Treatment Site Leads to deliver operational support across all assigned treatment sites in their region. Oversee execution of treatment site onboarding and readiness activities, establish and reinforce a high standard of operational excellence, and drive seamless collaboration between Treatment Site Leads and cross-functional oncology field teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in Sales/Account Management, Marketing, Managed Markets, or other field-based roles within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as People Manager of customer-facing role(s)
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience developing and managing customer relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams through ambiguity, drive execution across a region, and deliver results in complex and evolving environments
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and escalate issues appropriately to support execution in matrix organizations
  • Strong communication and coaching capabilities, with the ability to translate strategy into clear field expectations and execution
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, internally and externally, with ability to interact with individuals from a variety of cultures and disciplines
  • Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem
  • Ability to travel ~50%
  • Valid driver's license
