Job Description
Monogram Health is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to support the Regional Vice President. The role will be responsible for driving alignment between strategy and day-to-day execution among clinical pods to advance value-based care initiatives and improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or professional experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or analytical roles
  • Proven analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Communication and relationship-building skills; ability to influence without authority
