Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Quick-Service Restaurant Facilities
  • Working knowledge of building components, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable DMV Report
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to use technology, including CMMS and office software
